I did have to persevere, came across it eventually, I was almost giving up, I had registered on the site before I found it, don't know if that was significant or not.

RuDbox image is for Dbox, is it not? Are you using this with 400S?

There are quite a few of us now who have bought this box based upon this thread and the reco of Likvid. Can I suggest that being as there is a reported lack of support for setting up this box that we use this thread as a base for Q&A?

Well, looks like the feeding frenzy is over now all the stock has gone. I looked at his site today and he reckons any warrenty claims should be addressed to the manufacturer. This may or may not be right in law but you can be sure of less than ideal aftersales service. So what will YOU do if your ReLook goes wrong?

Me - Well the deal was pretty obvious - you save a lot of cash in exchange for loads of grief if you are unlucky.

I found the customer service to be excellent so far: I have had two system generated mails from them; the last saying my box has been expidité this morning, and four emails from a lady called Muriel kindly telling me she's crediting me the VAT. That makes the box £145, so if it goes wrong, I'll just bin it.

Have just ordered a Relook 400S from cheap-sat.com for 299Euros (Total 335 inclusive of postage and credit card commission).

Was quite hard for me to decide between the Dreambox 7020 7025 and 400S. I guess Relook is VALUE for MONEY
