The technomate was in perfect working order as i used to blind scan on a 1.25 gibi i keep out my back.As for the eagle box i have no idea as the op refused to send as agreed.
BTW i have screen shots of the tecnomate working before it got shipped. I will leave this until the box arrives back and update then.
