I would make stable platform on the roof which could hold maximum possible weight. Then I would invest in the antenna, maximum size and affordable money-wise. Firstly I wold look in local second-hand market (you never know what you really can get there). Who knows, maybe antenna will come already polar-mounted or with H-H motor! Then, depending on the antenna I got, I would look for best way how to motorize it, how to make multifeeds and how to guard from 5G influence. Other-ways,  this discussion can go on and on, years long, but always theoretical (unfortunately).
