This new 10B is p.ss..g me off.:-ohcrap
I've been trying to research the mess with the signals & beams in the 11.300-11.450 range but issues are getting even bigger.
For instance 11.380 V (FS lists it as 11.382V); I locked two different streams here. Most of the time is this one:

11380V2.png

But I also got this one:

11380V3.png

It looks like alternating between transport & Continous mode. Or?!

I've gone and finally installed the TS Analyzer to get some more info... everything reminds much on the 11.376 H & 11.377 V listed on FS.

More crazy stuff here ... 11.376 H, listed as CNN Europe on FS ... once I get it analyzed as CNN, next time as CNBC. :confused

I get considerably more dB so this cannot be wide beam as displayed by FS.

The biggest problem with current cards is that they do not read the mode intended for identification.
For example, 11375.58 H from the card uses 3 modes (Activated option - Update modulation info):
capture_009_26092023_220313.pngcapture_008_26092023_220151.pngcapture_007_26092023_220148.png
but the card analyzes only one mode (stream)
capture_010_26092023_220843.png
When you feed the same signal to the e2 box, it analyzes another mode (identification)
screenshot_19700102130042.jpgscreenshot_20230926221458.jpgcapture_001_26092023_223557.png
or
capture_011_26092023_222851.png
where the spot number is already indicated
capture_012_26092023_223237.png

PS:1 Subsequently, addressing of the processing of the stream(s) on the IP bus of the modem begins

PS2: My old card works very unreliable when selecting modcode (if it works at all), but it is possible to initially separate individual streams

Recently, Eutelsat website shows downlink coverage maps for 10B as well:
"HTS Downlink" and "GMS Downlink" (what is GMS?) seem to be composites of the many spot beams that both HTS payloads provide.

A map for Widebeam Ku-band, for continuity of 10A existing customers as they say it, is still missing.
Satbeams shows it, however.

"OSN BACKUP" suggests maybe it's used to OSN in MENA?

Do not forget that it is not broadcasting, but testing of transponders for work with DVB-IP

Robert, on the 3E I get Nyota TV on 4032 RHC and on 10E I get MonCloud TV on 4027 RHC and Tchad TV on 3860 RHC. These must be the easiest to lock as I only have a 1.2m CM dish.

Thanks, but I have a 1.8m dish and I wanted to get East African local channels.

Exactly, these are the strongest transponders on the two satellite positions :)
