And this is the basic system ..
Most PCs can cope if they are fast enough ..
The stumbling block may be the lack of internal stereo mixing (disabled deliberatly by Microsoft to prevent piracy ..but this can be got around with Virtual VB cable )..but has the disadvantage that when enabled will almost certainly disconnect your PC speakers making you PC silent untill VBcable disabled again.
The hardest part really is building the QFH antenna ..crucial for good results as the NOAA weather sats broadcast RHCP signals.
The software is all freely available for download on the net.
£25 and some time to build the QFH
£10 ish ..for a suitable dongle ..and a bit of patience to set it all up.
