Thanks for this ok on my 100cm @ 3 west but no signal on the 88cm but 24.5 west ok on both so looks like 24.5 west is the stronger signal here tonight.

Watching Belgium v ROI on the ITV feed on 7.0E (11153V). It's exactly 7 seconds ahead of ITV1 SD and 8 seconds ahead of ITV1 HD. What on earth are ITV doing with the signal?!
