Sorry to hear of your situation, it's always a worry they will return, you could fit a camera or even a dummy camera. Even if it is not connected it could act as a deterrent as the thief would not know it is not connected.

It's a fact of life nowadays that there are thieving gutter scum everywhere including nice neighbourhoods. They are on the rob to fund their drug habit or to top up their dole money. Bring back the birch, that is the way, give them a good few strokes followed by chucking a bucket of píss on the fresh weals where the victims of the crime fill the bucket.

Rant over.

I believe that urine has a calming and slightly cleansing effect. Perhaps you meant salt water?

Only when fresh, if it's left to go stale and develop a nice stench of ammonia (the reason people pee on their compost heaps) though........ :-rofl2

Bollocks. During a pre-Christmas tidy up, I realised that the twats also nicked my FS1 satellite meter :( this is more annoying as it cost me £160 :(

Yes my up and over garage door was tried I suspect on the spur of the moment three nights ago, we had a letter from the local community watch about a month ago to say someone was doing this in the area, they had probably not banked on it being locked, not that there is anything of value in there
