Respectively these are Ku-band: BSS, FSS, and Middle East beam.
(BSS is the range 11.7...12.5 GHz currently being tested).

The entire Hellas Sat website has been renewed. More footprints here: Hellassat

.. nice to see Ku ramping up nicely. No real progress for Ka activity up to now, at least in central UK.
There has been a narrow almost beacon like Ka spike now for many weeks running at 18.718 RHC with what seems like some very low level signal next to it at 18.720.
If anybody in Europe thats in a stronger area of the beam could take a look please.

Pic shows Ka dish parked in between the two at approx 38.4° and shows the two signals from each bird.
I sent a business email to the satellite operators quite a few weeks ago for some additional information regarding what they advised for the reception of their Ka downlink, intended transponder info, polorisation etc but they never bothered to respond. So it's still a bit of a mystery on how they intend to use the Ka transponder.

Yes, any technical specs more detailed than "Ku-band" "Ka-band" seems confidential nowadays. But things can become clearer with some digging and enthousiasts like you!
Athena Fidus has 19.7...20.2 and 20.2...21.2 GHz as found on CNES site, but not mentioned are 18.3...18.8 and probably 18.8...19.3 GHz as well ( @Feedsat_DXer ).
Hellas Sat 3 has 18.8...19.3 GHz according the presentation that I linked to a while ago (link is dead since renewal of Hellas Sat web site).
Now you are finding stuff below 18.8 GHz, that surprises me. So keep going!

For 37.8, I have reported a beacon/spike on 18425 in march 2015.
Satellites Community - 37.8?E Athena-Fidus

I will check it later this weekend for both positions
