I'm having following problems with my iPhone 8:
1) battery drains out so fast
2) touch id not working
3) microphone doesn't work sometimes
Please help me out. What should I do with it now? I just bought it last month.

Send it back to the supplier, ask for another.

Take it to any iphone shop and they will sort it unless you have done something nefarious with it like dropped it down the toilet, in which case you may have to pay something but certainly if it is only one month old then get it to an iphone shop.

The battery drain problems have been around since iOS 11 (operating system for iPhones) came out, go to your settings, then select ""General"", then go to ""Background App Refresh"", you can turn this off for all. or customize them way you want to, (some off some on) this setting causes all apps installed to look for updates for them, turning them all off will not hurt, but you many need to do a manual update occasionally.

As to problems #2 and 3 go get a new phone, or take it to an Apple store.
