help setting up technomate TM-5500

i am getting confused and have downloaded the user manual but still no better off.
i have a technomate tm5500 daci and can not get any satelitte to work ideally i would like turksat but for now i am trying to get it up and running on astra 2 28.2e. i have metered up the dish (it has a quad lnb and is allreadyrunning sky ok) and is ok but the box says NO SIGNAL....
I am in menu/installation/autosearch and have the following displayed

satellite.................................astra2-euro(ku)
transponder..........................10744/22000/hor
disqeqc motor setting............disable
search type...........................all
network search.....................off
link search ............................off

strength 10 .....
quality 10 ......

i believe i have no signal i do a search and it returns no channels found i have been on this allday now and have done a factory reset on the box several times and re entered this satellite but still no signal is it the box tat is no good or what....


note... the feed from the dish is plugged in he rear of the box at input A .


IF ANYONE COULD HELP I WOULD BE TRUELY VERY GREATFULL.......

There are two tuners on the DACI, an analogue and digital, you need to make sure that you cable is plugged into the digital port.
