I am getting a test card at 36west on11330H 3000. Not sure if this is Eutelsat or Hispasat.
It reads Ident Mode

It is Eutelsat

Eutelsat 36 West A @ 36° West / Atlantic Bird-1 that used to be @12.5 west is holding this position for Hispasat 36W-1
(Hispasat AG1) that is currently here on another mission at 37.6 west.

According TLE, two days ago Hispasat 36W-1 has arrived at 35.8°W.

Just had a scan of Hispasat 36 West. Managed to see Canal Moncloa. Not sure if a feed or not ...However signal is 93%..17dB ....SQ compared to 80SQ for the Test Card on 11330H 300o 1/2.

Canal Moncloa is on 11396V 9600. I suspect a feed but on new satellite?

There is also a lot of data activity also around 11450V -11900V

Everything between 11.3 and 11.45 GHz will be Eutelsat 36WA.
While 11.45...12.2 & 12.5...12.75 GHz is likely Hispasat 36W-1.

There is no channel name, no video/audio PID.
En Busqueda ciega, lo marca con FEC auto.
Busqueda manual igual con FEC:7/8 en los 2 casos, no le gusta nada, tarda 1 minuto.

In blind search, mark it with auto FEC.
Manual Search equal to FEC: 7/8 in both cases, does not like anything, it takes 1 minute.

Indeed,the signal is strong on this transponder,but is not a test carrier,but Data.It's on Intelsat 903.

True, the signal is very strong, filtering to 2º the tuning/Cierto, la señal es muy fuerte, filtrando a 2º lo sintonizo.

Just reinstated Intel-903 @ 34.5 west having used this slot for 36 west & can now see the data stream now on 11468 V

You can, who knows.
The most certain thing is that they emit by where always.
Eutelsat 10ºE, 4K (UHD) in Biss and as it is well known, recently in 4:2:2.
All recectors "liquidated".

I'll watch it on DTT2 (DVB-T2) on Antena3 4K channel (Cellnex and Atresmedia tests) if there are no changes out of curiosity, I'll leave a monitor on the channel.

Almost forgotten about this one. Launched in January. I guess not intended for general full time TV. Have seen a few feeds. I guess maybe for government work etc?

With a new Hispasat 30W-6 to launch to 30West end of year seems unlikely for full time TV.. Any thoughts??

The Hispasat 30W-6 (Hispasat 1F), to be located at 30º W and will serve as a replacement for the Hispasat 1D, will give the Group additional Ku band capacity, in the Andean region and in Brazil. Likewise, the Hispasat 30W-6 (Hispasat 1F) will expand the Group's transatlantic capacity in Europe-America and America-Europe connectivity. C band capacity with American coverage and Ka band capacity with European coverage will furthermore be incorporated, in order to enable HISPASAT to continue expanding its broadband service offer in the region.

The Hispasat 30W-4 (Hispasat 1D) satellite, will probably move to 36 west allowing Eutelsat 36 West A / Atlantic Bird-1 to either retire or for use as an elliptical orbit use.
