We have a subscription to sky tv which until the white card came out we were feeding direct from the sky box to a floppy dtv card on vista then windows 7, which was fine. Having heard rumours that this wouldn't work with the white card we got a dreambox500s which would. Everything seemed fine but for no apparent reason now the dvbviewer won't display subscription channels, the plugin and everything else is working fine, we checked system out using dvbdream which worked ok but image wasn't as good as through dvb viewer (when it works) so we need to figure out why DVB VIEWER is recieving card details ok but not displaying subscription channels.

Any help most gratefully recieved.

Hi i've been using dvbdream with s2 emu & more recently with vplug , after reading this thread i think maybe i'm missing out on something.Could somebody explain what is capable my reciever is the techno trend 3600 s2 usb.

hi please could somebody help i got the latest dvbviewer and i want to add more satellites to the channel editor,there are only two sats showing.

How many .ini files do you have in your Transponder folder in DVBViewer's root directory?

hi Llew the files i have in the transponder file is about 141 files which came with the software.

What about the Channel Scan menu - only two in the drop-down Transponder List?

hi Llew i just found out how to get sats to scan on dvbviewer,i use the transedit scanner to do the scan then right click the mouse then send to dvbviewer.many thanks for your time.

Yup, that's what I use. Much easier.
