Actually you don't need all those files in every application (AltDVB, Progdvb, DVBViewer, etc), you only need two, vplug.dll and vplug.ini.

You install vplug in a separate folder (anywhere you like, the default is C:\dvbapps\vplug) and you only need to copy those two files in the dvb application plugins folder. There is just one more thing to be done, you have to edit vplug.ini (with a simple text editor, like notepad) and put the vplug's installation path in "FilesPath=" (without quotes), like this for example,
FilesPath=E:\DVB\vplug
Anyway, as others have already said, there is not much to see (at least on Hotbird).
