Me: So if I pay it, then my contact is cancelled?

Me: It says it's an upgrade today price £405
AMY: Chris, then it is early upgrade.
Me: So it means then I can have a new phone but I would still be tied to the airtime?
AMY: Chris, you can move to new airtime as per the new offer.
AMY: Chris, can you tell me weather your are on refresh contract or standard contract?

AMY: Okay, if you are welling to pay that amount to upgrade you can do it.
Me: So if I pay I would then be free to change to another o2 tariff or move provider as long as I pay the £405 ? That would be the total price??
