It doesn't get easier to find a satellite as the dish gets bigger, it gets harder. With a dish like that you have to have the satellite nailed otherwise you won't receive enough signal to get lock even on strong transponders.Sandybob said:I can get badr4 in S Wales easily with a 1m dish I would look for that after 28E, that sized dish should find it easily

Anyway i give up without rolf as the elevation on 28.2e has soooo much play i have no idea where the dish is at, and without a tool to measure it or a meter i really stand NO chance
