Can I just say that I'm delighted that we now have a core of managers that come back year after year... not least because I no longer have to chase them or beg around the forum for new ones :D Can't wait for when Saturday comes!

I like the way there is an emergency captain facility this time, one of the things which really bugged me last time, also 1 week rollover of free transfer and for those of us with internet capable mobiles, a special site.:)

Yeah, they've really pulled out all the party-poppers this time, I think the transfer rollover facility will be crucial at certain points in the season.

Maybe I need to take a look at the rules! I was going to mention that there are only 6 games being played in Gameweek 2 (midweek) but maybe that's what the free transfer rollover is for?

Apparently you won't get a free rollover for GW2 even though GW1 goes down on record as zero transfers for everyone. Fair enough I suppose, would be a bit of a gimme.

So any predictions for my teams performance??

- never heard of about 98% of the Premiership players
- the team is on auto complete and will stay that way for much of the season - maybe a minor tinker every now and then

I'll be delighted not to finish bottom :D

Now I've read the rules, I can see how the free transfer rollover works! I think I fancy Liverpool to win the league this season.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if you finished in the top half :-rofl2

I fancy Chelsea. They've kept their team together and now have a manager with proven club experience and success. I think they are targeting the Champions League just as much as the Prem though, so they might overstretch themselves, and we shouldn't forget that the African Cup of Nations in January will deprive them of Drogba, Essien, Mikel and Kalou for a couple of weeks. Still, I don't think United can ever be discounted ;)

The auto complete team hasnt done very well in week 1 - Im currently 24th! :-rofl2

Presumably Im bottom but until the player details are processed I cant see much else.
