The video isn't complete as it doesn't show every part of the procedure ...removal of the chip etc ..
But it does show just what is actually involved ..and why bga chips are are pain in the rectum ...and why they fail so frequently.
Its rarely chip failure ...almost always dry joints under the chip ....
The main reason being ..the use of UNLEADED solder ....another EU directive to make polution minimal ....but costing consumers MILLIONS...
