Im getting some of the 23.5e ones at 14.5db on my 1.8m dish so you should be ok

Quite a few BBC OBs on 16°E now, most likely for The UK Celebrates 12:30pm on BBC One

12719 V 6000 - UKI 1936 ENCODER 1 - Windsor
12727 V 6000 - UKI 1936 ENCODER 1 - Windsor
