Yes I couldn't get it working on VLC very well at all, Funny you also found PotPlayer (was the one I found on google that worked too!)

Appears to be a feed with Buckingham Palace as backdrop and at least 2 different reporters appearing on camera from different nations since I started watchin. Had an Australian lady and someone from BFM TV So far. Not the strongest signal but I have a partial obstruction at my house and the rain that isn’t helping either.
