Low symbol rate German radio on Astra 19,2 East

The signal is as good on all active transponders (19.2E) as it is still on 23.5E.

DAB+ on 12166 V(BuMux) at 23.5E is also expected to be moved to 19.2E.

I checked this mux now, and it is still working at this position.

Do you know about plans to move the regional DAB mux from 7.0 East? Maybe to 19.2E also?

Also, I heard about a total switch-off of the satellite at 23.5 East..... Do you know if it is true?

DFS 1 Kopernikus satellite was launched in June and began its operation at the end of August, largely demostrated during the IFA event in Berlin (three months later the wall in Berlin was down). From that moment this position was largely used. It would be a pity if it will be dissmissed.

I remember those early Kopernikus days. I never really looked at that satellite much other than to log channels, but back then I was always fascinated by how much of the stuff was repeated on other satellites like Astra 1A or Hotbird.

I always remember the looped castle video was on 23.5E Kopernikus back in the day. This was around the time when digital channels were just starting to take off but most channels were still analogue!

Just to mention that with the setup below and frequency 11694 V, no lock was obtained using SR 284 or SR286 and only SR285 locks!

here in canary islands 120 cm dish but 19.2 on right and 13e on center only get 11694 v 940sr
ill try 285sr

You need to use a special device designed for terrestrial transmitters (the regular codec in e2/pc will not handle this)
