Mpeg-2 4:2:2

I currently have a standard motorized system (Humax Vaci + 1mtr Motorised Dish with Diseqc 1.2 positioner box, Matrix Reloaded Cam) ) and am interested in recieving feeds in the MPEG-2 4:2:2 format.
I was wondering if there are any recievers that can recieve this, I have been recomended the Dreambox 7020-S but am not sure if this will recieve the MPEG 2 4:2:2 , can anyone recommend a reciever ?
If not a reciever then maybe a Skystar USB card since I am running a Laptop so no PCI slots, would this be a better way of getting 4:2:2
