MVision FCIS 7000 problems

My Satellite Setup
nothing!
My Location
Nicosia - Cyprus
I have a problem with the mvision 7000 receiver. It works perfectly with all the free to air chanels but it does not work with all the subscribed nova channels. If anyone can help me please do!
