Definitely a Channel Master
Incredible luck!I've found Echostar dish (that was announced by previous owner), that was also wall-stand and black handle (as I found out black handle was actuator!). Owner was selling cuz he could not install dish on hes new house.
So, I went to pick up stuff and was surprised little bit.... that was not Echostar but.... you know that pattern ;) I did not mind at all Mirror is in ship shape and "Black handle" as well. As a bonus I got polar-mount and galvanized wall-mount. Will not tell how much did I pay for this set to not make anybody jealous.
But, to not make me too happy, there is something missing - 4 screws to connect dish to polar-mount! But, maybe that is good, anyway, I would change them to INOX made. Can anybody tell me proper size of those screws? I think something like 8mm and approximately 70-80mm.
I bought new ones, and the 60mm are enough. Else you have to add spacers or lots of washers to teach the thread...Thanks, yes BOLT-ROUND HEAD, SQUARE NECK M8X60
will probably order M8X70mm, just in case.
And, of course, it is CM 120, it is written on polar-mount and stamp on the dish "made in USA"
Yes.... it was actually too fast. I would probably like more if I was spending more time in finding one, would be more fun and happiness at the endFinally got your channel master then...
But if I need to attach something to same screw than 60mm could be not enough. Longer screw I can always cut. However, I am learning how to weld, and can also practice to attach some piece of threaded bar to the short screw60mm are enough
But if I need to attach something to same screw
You are reading my minds, Martin?!Something like support arms for an LNB arms mod

ok, but 10 mm is quite a lot.But if I need to attach something to same screw than 60mm could be not enough. Longer screw I can always cut. However, I am learning how to weld, and can also practice to attach some piece of threaded bar to the short screw
Very interesting. This LNB fits in original CM1,2m holder in such a way that it is impossible to move it back-forward, only skew could be adjusted. I think it is very good, that means, that LNB's Phase center is co-located with dish Focal point. Assuming this is true it is possible to tune antenna with this LNB to maximum signal and than just change LNB to IBU and we again have properly adjusted system.
