Could you tell me where I can buy Multi 2 card ( I mean addresses for shops that sell it ) and if anyone trust particular shop that sell and test it and works 100%.
I need it to use on JCSAT3A(as I see it in lyngsat)

Multi2 is the encryption used by SkyPerfecTV Japan. You need to find a dealer from somewhere in your area - no European dealers will stock those cards simply because we cant see 128E from anywhere in Europe.

We dont have many members from your part of the world so to be honest its unlikely anyone on this forum will be able to help you.

in Asia i have no info about dealer..
i'm afraid they didn't want to share it..(my personal opinion,but hope they are not like that)
Can you give me info about other forums you know from Asia?if possible from outside Indonesia..
