need help for picking up ZNBC channel and what equipment to purchase

So far this is all I know about the channel

Intelsat 4 at 72.0°E 3712 V ZNBC.

My location is Manchester, England

I have just had a phone from China I can understand where you are coming from the manuals english was very poor. I also had a T/V from there which went on the blink and lo and behold the inverter boards did not even belong that model it looked like a bish bosh make up of any parts that happened to be lying around and this is from a Major Player in the Digital T/V world £550 worth of junk.

come on....i am chinese, my english too poor to understand you well
