Thanks guys, just finished a copy of war and peace with my issues, you should see it after a mod authorises it, it is a mass of text, but details are so important in troubleshooting it's best to get it all out ASAP, nothing more annoying than more detail dribbling out as reply's start coming in, I hope I've got everything right.
