My Satellite Setup
Primesat/Famaval 1.8 PF C/ku/Ka, Octagon SX8HD1, SX88, Openbox S3 Mini HD-V8S Freesat V7 HD-V8 Finder, Amiko A4K Combo, Satlook Colour HD Spectrum, Sansui A909 Amp and BOSE Acoustimass speakers for the audio.

Octagon lied about the SF8008 Supreme symbol rate specs. Think they might tell the truth about the Octagon SF8008 V3 Supreme? We will see in 2025 I guess.

Per Captain at OpenATV, The SF8008 V3 is supposed to have silabs (2166d?) tuner/demodulator. Go figure.

Hope so..........def better than the Avallnk tuners installed on the current 'SUPREME' model. :(

Then im not change again my supreme because we can not be testing new devices every time..... I dont mind the new tuner this actual works fine for me.

Just to cover previous comments re: the capabilities of the tuners fitted to the current 'SUPREME' model, Avalink AVL62X1.

Again tonight, the 'SUPREME' did not 'see' on 16.0ºe 11055 H 354 whereas the earlier SF8008 4k Twin secured a comfortable lock with the Silabs S2166D tuner.

Think it will benefit the user and Octagon themselves if the Silabs tuners are installed on the forthcoming SF8008 V3 model.
