They included a 3.5mm AV to phono (RCA) jack output, all is not lost for the scart men, the 99p shops will have phono to scart converters.

I have an Amiko Alien 2 that I got back in 2012 and it has about the same specs as that!
Except the Amiko is a triple tuner.
Maybe the target market for this is caravan owners who want something cheap with no frills.
