Funnily enough, one of my best friends is actually named Spork (surname). No kidding.
The family believes the great-grandfather changed name to get away from creditors.
(Not to be confused by Editors - who in this forum are called moderators...)

Y'know what... you can mount a dish pretty well on a well-mounted telephone pole!
Doesn't need re-alignment after a strong-growth year, you can use copper screws/nails wihout killing the pole, the list goes on.
So I would conclude: Nothing wrong with a telephone pole! (Nor North Dakota)
