Even "Russel Andrews" "enthusiasts" would blanch at prices like those, e.g. £600 for a 2m HDMI cable, and ten quid for a fuse that never blows and sets your kit &/or house on fire (couple of inches of a core from T&E cable does the same for SFA!)!

Found a small (approx 50ml) bottle of that stuff recently, and can't remember why I bought it - I wonder if they will give me £25 for that, and they can still make a profit on it!

I recall seeing a Monster Cables demonstration unit in Comet.
They were selling the virtues of how much better their cables were and you could switch from "A" Generic cable to "B" Monster cable and observe the video quality.

What they didn't tell you was that "A" was connected as Composite video and "B" was RGB!
