I bet you watch it on your Sky Pay TV Platform . Its not Gambling FFS.
Then you bet wrongly. Although I have a Sky uk subscription its the very bottom tier & I wont pay for any extra content. If sports events cant be found on free channels then I wont watch them. The only reason I have a subs is it keeps the missus quiet :-rofl2 coz I dont watch much tv really.

I suggested gambling because we occasionally get in run betting people asking for help & they are ALWAYS secretive about their requests.

Now you all know and the 100% purpose of me joining this forum was to FIND OUT ABOUT THE NEW FEED (2 photos) that myself and plenty of others said They look different. See most of us that love supercars we go to our local track in the state once a year were we live and Sometime we go to Bathurst for the yearly Bathurst 1000 and what do you think the fist thing we look for besides the cars THE OB VAN and the Uplinks to either Optus D2 at 160 Deg East or Measat 3A or that live with Optus D2 both at 160 Deg East and the Asiasat 5 feed for the World (thats normal feed not novealsat) and about 8 of us have agreed THE UPLINK SEEMS DIFFERENT, IT HAS CHANGED and the first thing that came in my head was a new System and I emailed my Friend that works in this field (Dont need to know but he works but its in Israel where they uplink for the World) and clearly said Haaaa Novelsat and he explain enough for me and told me they introducing a new encrytion to protect sports. It was a intersting email. Pity the Phone calls are super expensive from Oz (Australia) to Ra'anana Israel where he lives.
Anyhow The Admin has gaving me two days to spill my guts which I did and I said to my self I will continue with this thread for 4 days and so far knowbody has said said nothing about the two photo that I have supplied so Admin you have my permission to stop this thread
Thanks All.

The images posted show a couple of OB dishes, which can be configured for reception only from a satellite. The vans may be on site either as a back up only should the fibre fail, or secondary feeds (commentary/paddock content)

Who has confirmed there is no fibre being used at the venue ?

You wont get much luck getting help giving ultimatiums like 'I will give you 4 days' nonsense, goodluck...

As others have said, the OB trucks could be there for reception or backups.

EDIT: Also if that supercars link you posted is what your trying to find, it says the event begins tomorrow, so its highly likely if there is going to be a feed it wont appear for an hour before its due to be on tv?

I told you in reply 3 of this topic that the feeds may have switched to using Novelsat modulation, no need to phone Israel.
By the way, try using whatsapp for international phone calls, it's free.

If the feed has switched to Novelsat modulation or even S2X modulation you would not see any obvious signs outside of the O/B van with the uplink dish, the Novelsat modulator unit would be inside the van.
Novelsat is not a new encryption, it has been round for almost a decade, there is a topic on this forum covering it.

I am not sure how much experience the O/P has with feed hunting but I found the Supercars feed straight away today on one of the satellites receivable in Australia.
As expected, the feed is with its usual ID of SCM | FOX, in DVB-S2 with modulation of 8PSK, not Novelsat, not S2X, just a normal feed.

Picture attached below.

Weather looks wet with a slippy track at Launceston today for the supercars.

No idea if "Big Dish" is receiving it.

Some sporting events from Launceston are fibre so I know with 100% certainty that Tasmania has fibre.
In my opinion the Supercars has not gone to fibre, I have never noticed the feed missing from satellite, it has always been present. I found it immediately on the first scan that I did.

More likely is that "Big Dish" cannot find the feed himself and is assuming it has gone fibre/novelsat just because it eludes him, perhaps through lack of knowledge or skill in feedhunting.

HyperOne (if as per the map) reaches the track

Mr Slattery today announced at the nation’s leading telecommunication conference,
Commsday Congress in Melbourne that with a $30m federal commitment HyperOne could
fast-track building a new, secure, hyperspeed fibre optic cable as part of their fibre network
build – to finally give Tasmanians the connectivity they have been asking for.
“With a commitment from the federal government, we can bring forward fibre construction
to Tasmania. We can start now and have it built and operating in 2024,” he said

Trying to find it 6 days before the event then declaring it 'lost' certainly didn't help

Ok so we know the feed is still available but probably in a transmission format the OP cant receive. And we know which satellite its on thanks to one of our members.

Our work here is done :)
