Hi,
I recently obtained a second hand Pace DS250NV Viasat receiver, which came with a black remote control, which still had plastic film on it. However, it doesn't seem to operate the receiver! The lights on the remote flash and I confirmed that it's sending IR signals with my camera but the receiver's IR light doesn't flash.
Looking around on the Intergoogle, I found that these receivers should come with a beige remote control, not black, so I wonder if I was sent the wrong one.
I've attached the black remote, which I have and the white one, which seems to be the correct one. Is the black for the HD version of the receivers? Is it possible to reprogram them?
