Can you explain what you mean by modding the casting of the correct LNB please?

The Inverto Black is a nice fix and the overall gain will outweigh playing around trying to mod a sky LNb.

Ref: A sky LNb will have an oval shape scalar ring to match the shape of the dish. The plastic case can be cut away allowing the correct adjustment of skew required.

Haven't tried everything but at the moment but at the moment get these: 15w, 12.5w, 8w, 5w, 0.8w, 4.8e, 7e, 9e, 10e, 13e, 16e, 19.2e, 23.5e, 28.2e, 39e, 42e. Can't get past 15 because the house is in the way

What do you pick up on 5e with a 70cm? (I presume this is in the midlands UK?)

Yes Midlands. All Astra4A Euro beam, Nordic visible on the spectrum but as expected too low SNR to lock. Does well for what I need.

I have always admired your Raven Gemini set-up, have you moved house? I seem to remember it sitting on the wall close to the corner of the house by it's self & all very neat.

The Raven Gemini is no longer made, the Maximum E85 is the substitute. It is supplied with 5 LNB holders and extra LNB holders are about €5 each.

Separation is nominally 4 degrees, 3 degrees should be possible with DIY.

satelliteman, you have just given me an idea. to swap out my 60cm minidish for one of them dishes with bracket to get 28, 19, 13e as I wouldn't mind having them available with instant switching.

what size pole will it mount to as might have to do some modding to fit 3inch.
