Pin Code for Dreambox 500

Hi, When I open my dreambox 500, they asked me the pin code to open my box but I forgot my pin code, as I cannot access my menus.
What shall I do?

The guy we got it from, we have tried to contact him but we are not getting him through.
So thats why we are asking in the forum
