Shows football at least twice a week from the UK plus last decade US and UK films.

In the clear with Romainian subtitles if its an English film

Since its on its own on this satellite, and the Romanians have loads of FTA boxes in the country, nobody can be bothered to set up a scrambling system for the channel. Everything is free.
