Are you sure he was talking about DAB feeds? We have not found new (permanent) muxes in the past months. I found the 2nd WDR Mux in December 2023. D1 Scotland is just a copy at the moment.

23,5E Astra 12168V DAB Bundesmux restarted with the same parameters: Pid 4121 and Pid 4122.
The last one has more audio tracks.

It seems to be still in testing on 12168 V, as 12641 V,1500 2/3,8PSK is active as before.

I cannot test it right now, but if they are Bundesmux 1 and 2, they need to be the same as on DVB-GSE. It is not possible that they have more audio.

Therefore I don't believe your screenshot. The bitrates and sampling rates are fakes.

Has captured it on Tuesday. So you confirm they re-appeared again?

I'm sorry that you think what I'm posting is fake. :(
If something is wrong, we need to "hold to account" the applications we use.
Even if we are wrong before we check it ourselves, we can take the information with reservation, but we don't pass judgment without evidence.

I haven't checked these streams on Linux yet.

I am talking about the right part of your first screenshot. It shows the word "potplayer" (is that the tool?) which seems to output useless parameters.

Also you have posted Transedit for the GSE (which is NOT a transport stream) transponder, which makes no sense.

I talked with a friend who confirmed that on 23.5 all transponders from Astra 3B will need to find a new place.

The applications used are for Windows. Of course, they can't play DAB+ streams, but they help us detect and find information that we wouldn't otherwise know how to find.
Yes, I used PotPlayer because it at least indicates the presence of a stream; whether it is true or not, it has to be corroborated with other applications. Under Windows, we don't have many alternatives.
That's why it's good that under this OS, we can more easily find DAB+ streams even if we can't run them.
Most of these streams were found with Windows applications before being used under Linux. Or was it the other way around?

I checked the DAB stream on 12168 V using neumoDVB, just as I did the first time here, #244
So, both DAB streams are working. :)

I checked the Deutschland DAB+ on mux 12641 V,1500,2/3,8PSK at 23.5E, and both streams work.
As you know, this stream can be activated and works only with 6903x/6909x cards.

-tune-s2 12641 V 1500 -system DVB-S2 -modulation 8PSK -adapter 0 -lnb UNIVERSAL

Hi,
I just checked the EuroDab Mux and i can play all the stations with ExtePlayer.
BTW, here's my settings (OpenAtv 7.3 latest update):

View attachment 154787

Ciao
I need to get back to this again, unfortunately.
I've been using OpenATV 7.5 Devel ever since and the ExtePlayer performs as desired. The menu & settings looks like this (whereby the GstPlayer appears to be "not installed"):

Exte2.jpg

Yesterday I installed the OpenATV 7.5 RC from the feed, everything appears to be working completely the same as with 7.5 Devel aside the player. Now again I can only hear DVB stations while DAB+ not. The menu & settings here differ in that the GstPlayer appears installed and cannot be de-optioned:

Exte4.jpg

Does anyone have a tip on how to solve this? How to "deinstall" the GstPlayer for (5001) or otherwise bring the audio back?

Here they are:12564 V,35300,2/3,8PSK,PLS-Root 16416-Mis 1,3,5,11
No chance to load the transponder with my Octagon SF8008. 0 services found.
Tried to manually add the strings in the lamedb as posted in the first page of this discussiion changing only the frequency but no way.
Maybe a new Service Reference?
Could anyone post the complete strings (Transponder and Service) to place in the lamedb? Thanks.

Looking carefully to the lamedb posted in the first page I built this command:
Code:
http://127.0.0.1:8001/1:0:C:1:FA:C8:DDEAB05:0:0:0 -q -O- | ts2na -p 1000 -s 0 | na2ni | ni2out --list
It does not work, but I suspect that the 4th value after the port is wrong. I doubt that the Data PID used for the DAB mux is 1. Could you please check and let me know? Thanks.

I checked the signal on the MIS transponders at 5.0W last month. Most unstable is 12564 H, next to 12606 V and 12627 H.
In the mornings, it picks up a little.
I don't have the Octagon model to check this signal.

Since the transponder does not contain any SID in the PAT/SDT, the result is 0 found.
You have to edit lamedb manually, like in post #1.

1 = SID, no DataPID
Yes you are right, it is SID (Service ID). The Data PID is different for each station in the mux.
But are you sure that SID is really 1? Did not work. I must try again. Thanks.

Another question please, maybe a little bit off topic.
What does mean the flag f:5 in the third line of the service?
I know that f:8 means "do not change during the next scan". What about f:5? Thanks.

In this case the data PID refers to the pid in where the entire mux is transmitted: 1000 DEC -> 03E8 HEX

f:5 is the sum of :
f:4 -> Pid = Forced PID (no PMT) and f:1-> = Keep (Do not read PMT)

we can also have:
f:2 -> Hidden Service
f:8 -> Locked (Do not modify)
f:40 -> New Scan Channel (last Scan)

Understood. But if I leave all parameters as are, putting 1 in the Service ID field, it does not work.
Tried to change the Service Type to 12 (Data Service) but nothing.
It seems a very critical service to load.
Tuning the transponders at 9.0 East it was easy (more difficult to prepare the bouquet but I solved now), here I'm not able to get the station list. I must still learn.

Very good! I used f:8 in the previous transponders at 9.0E and 28.2E, but maybe f:5 is better. Thanks.
