This satellite is now on an inclined orbit, currently 1.64 degrees inclined.
I have attached a table that lists the location of the satellite per hour for tomorrow (Wednesday 15th February 2017) just in case anyone wishes to have a scan of it.
Its on the arc at approximately 09:15 AM and 21:15 PM tomorrow.
I captured a PowerVu encrypted transmission today.
Presumably some type of broadcasters feed as it would seem odd to broadcast to consumers from a 1.64 degree inclined satellite?
