Re-deployment of Eutelsat 33D

Sorry gents, now I have some doubts if 33D left 70.3°E at all, I should have checked the present TLE more precisely, then wait for a newer one to be sure.
At its epoch on 7 Aug 18:09 UTC, 33D was still at 70.3°E, however with an odd orbit making it drift West 1.8° per day.
Also, reading Marcus_21' post above, it doesn't make sense for 33D to leave already now before expiration of 3 months. That would be on 19 August...

Updated TLE of 9 Aug 22:48 UTC, had 33D at 63°E drifting West 3.5° per day.
I'm more confident now 33D is indeed drifting.
With this much of a hurry there is a chance it's an end-of-life manoevre, we'll see.

As no signals were ever logged I wonder what this satellite slot is actually used for ? FlySat Eutelsat 36 West A @ 36.4° West
