I can receive 11958H, 11996H, 12015V, 12054V, 12207V, 12226H, 12245V, 12523V and 12683V
but not:
11919H, 11938V, 11977V, 12034H, 12073H, 12111H-12182H and 12740H

Anyone know why I cannot receive those when in the past I used to get the most of them (especially I'm sure of receiving MBC quite good) since the most of them have the same parameters as the one I can receive?
Are they still on Badr 4?
OK The view from castle Milamber
First , the cans !
11958 H 15 dB
11996 H 14.9 dB
12015 V 15.6 dB
12054 V 14.6 dB
12207 V 14.5 dB
12226 H 14.0 dB
12245 V 14.0 dB
12523 V 12.4 dB
12683 V 12.0 dB

Now the nots
11919 H 15.0 dB
11938 V 14.1 dB
11977 V 14.8 dB
12034 H 13.5 dB
12073 H 15.5 dB
12111 H 13.5 dB
12182 H 11.8 dB ( sr 16200 )
12740 H 7.9 dB ( sr 2200 )

Other than the last 2 with sr not 27500 , all look about the same as normal , so could be Badr 4 or Badr 7 for all I know!

Maybe a problem of the lnb?

At the time of your last post , we were in the middle of the solar outage here on 28.2 , so I assume that would also effect 26 E at my location.
Not sure if it would effect you at your location due to different elevation. If readings are lower than normal this may be part of the reason.

My Satellite Setup
Xtrend ET10000 DVB-C, DVB-S2, and IPTV
Dreambox DM920 DVB-C/DVB-S2X/DVB-T2
TBS 5925 USB-tuner
80 cm fixed dish (28.2E/23.5E/19.2E)
180cm Channel Master offset dish with polarmount (39E-34.5W, Ku-band)
My Location
The Netherlands
Well.... I had to re-align all satellites because I adjusted the actuator to make te dish move further east.
When setting up 26E I suddenly see I can receive 11977V.

I found out that I have to adjust the position of my dish to catch more frequencies!

Still nothing on 11919H, 11938V, 12034H, 12073H

This is weird, I noticed this on co-located satellites, but this should be the same satellite (or isn't it?)

Problem with LNB? I don't think so. F.e. if I tune into 11919H and move the dish to 28.2E I have signal.
So interference from 28.2E and/or 23.5E? If so, then I should also have no signal on f.e. 11958H, 12054V and 12207V either.

My Ku-LNB is not in the focal-point of the prime-focus dish, so maybe that explains it?
I'm thinking of replacing the C-band LNB for a proper primefocus feedhorn and LNB, since the growth of a couple of trees has blocked the little signal I had on some C-band satellites.
Let's see what I will get on 26E then.

You would need to check at one, if not more , of the reputable sites to ensure the signals you seek are on the same bird.

I checked both Lyngsat and Flysat.

Eureka! I now understand the problem, the reflection from the trees is reversing the lnb , thus making it UK , and you are suffering from Brexit!
