Rooftop Winegard 1.0M offset

Greetings :-wave I got into FTA a couple of years ago when unemployed. Due to neighbours trees my backyard satellite view is limited. My city's bylaws don't prohibit rooftop installs so that's where it had to go. The scaffolding in pic 1 was just for installation day. The mast pipe is bolted into the rafter beams. Then I wanted to get into C-band.

I was intially puzzled by what looks like feeding the four outputs of a quad LNB into a DiSEqC switch.
But I am guessing that you have a quattro with a converter to single combined output there?
If so, is there any specific reason for putting one of those up? (it all looks quite new)

no specific reason for the lnb or switch. it was part of a package deal with the dish and motor.
