Russian language uhf satellite transmissions

Ive been searching for the Brazilian Satfleetcom tranamissions this evening & have run across something in Russian (or similar language) on 253.860MHz. No special antenna here - its just using my 137MHz turnstile that I use for the wxsats!

These are my settings in SDR++ if anyone wants to have a look.

Interesting Analoguesat. Using SDR # and a DAB AE facing SE I can hear it too. It seems more like a radio station than the usual Brazillian stuff. Maybe something to do with Ukraine?

If it's there all the time and without much Doppler, maybe it's a geo.

Its my belief its a geostationary bird too. Im in the middle of nowhere so Im unlikely to be getting these uhf transmissions from terrestrial sources & the signal wasnt exhibiting any doppler shifts.

Left top 137MHz turnstile (also used for ISS sstv on 145.8)
left lower - 145MHz dipole. Really only used for one of the Baofeng handhelds to monitor the local repeaters in the summer when Im sitting in the garden
right - 1090 aircraft tracking antenna
