Samsung TV & Multitenna dish

Hi Mister COre, Quick question. Do you connect your Technisat Multytenne directly to your Samsung TV? or do you have a digital receiver in-between ? Th reason why I am asking is that I try to setup my samsung smart TV (UE37D6500) directly with the Multytenne, but I only receive the English channels :-( I do not receive any other programs from the other satellites (13, 19 or 23). you had the same problem ?

Yes, the dish is connected to the satellite tuner of my TV.

I can receive all four satellites. Two important settings should be checked first:

1. The DiSEqC settings for all four satellites in the menu of your television set, for Samsung: Menu -> Kanaal -> Satellietsysteem -> LNB-instellingen (see the manual pages 40-47: _http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201112/20111208185713733/Web_GSDVBEUA-DUT.pdf). The settings for Samsung/Multytenne are:
1/4 -> Astra 1 (19.2 E)
2/4 -> Hotbird (13 E)
3/4 -> Astra 3 (23.5 E)
4/4 -> Astra 2 / Eutelsat 28 (28.2 E)
