- Raven mk2 zone 2 x4, Channel Master: 90cm x3, 1.2m x2, 1.8m PF. CM polar mount x2, Az/El x3.

Forget the stacker. Assuming shotgun cable is up to the job use it to give you two separate systems.
System 1
LNB outputs 1 -> DiSEqC 1.1 switch -> triplexer (with split DVB-T & DAB connected) -> shotgun cable 1 direct to one TV point with satellite.
System 2
LNB outputs 2 -> 2nd DiSEqC 1.1 switch -> 2nd triplexer (with split DVB-T & DAB connected) -> shotgun cable 2 -> split between 2 TV points including one without satellite. May need an amplifier before it is split.
Have you seen that 4 feed Inverto LNB for sale anywhere? If yes be aware it will be a compromise and separate LNBs will give better signal if setup correctly.
