Advice Needed SAT+DVB+DAB setup in new home

Forget the stacker. Assuming shotgun cable is up to the job use it to give you two separate systems.

System 1
LNB outputs 1 -> DiSEqC 1.1 switch -> triplexer (with split DVB-T & DAB connected) -> shotgun cable 1 direct to one TV point with satellite.

System 2
LNB outputs 2 -> 2nd DiSEqC 1.1 switch -> 2nd triplexer (with split DVB-T & DAB connected) -> shotgun cable 2 -> split between 2 TV points including one without satellite. May need an amplifier before it is split.

Have you seen that 4 feed Inverto LNB for sale anywhere? If yes be aware it will be a compromise and separate LNBs will give better signal if setup correctly.

I don't want to provide another cable. It would need to run all along the three facades and between floors.

I would call that 4 LNBs in one housing.
Or a "quad-feed LNB", never leaving the "quad-feed" out of the expression.
Because functionally you've used up all the diseqc x.0 functionality with this quad-feed LNB; with the other LNB added you already need diseqc x.1. Or maybe not just the original Unicable protocol, but the JESS protocol.

From what I've read superficially about Technirouter, DurLine and SUS21 they may work on just two LNBs, or maybe on 4 LNBs with diseqc x.0.
I'll leave the investigating of that to you, or to others.

When you stick to wanting 2 (added: independant) receivers and 5 satellite positions and just 1 cable, I think you need a Unicable/JESS multiswitch near your dish(es), and I think the quad-feed LNB might be unsuitable for that. So quite an expensive solution.

Still the problem is elsewhere. How to get two SAT tuners using two different LNBs on a single coax cable.

None of those would result in a hole wide enough to accomate 2x standard diameter (approx 8mm each + "cleance") sat cables such as WF100, but the 10 & 12mm bits should allow you to use a single run of CT65 "shotgun" cable - so the required bit size will depend on the cable you choose.

Also, that's a very cheap set of masonary bits and - depending on the hardness of the wall materials - they might get blunted before the required hole is fully drilled - therefore I'd be very inclined to get some better quality branded (such as Dewalt - my preference) bits from your local Screwfix branch in addition to the set above (and those would still be useable for any future jobs - whereas cheap bits probably won't!)

@jeallen01 it's just to say that there is a time when the simplest and cheapest of solutions should be considered.
I suspect that there are surely other constraints behind the request of @local system user and I hope that he will find a good solution for him
