Settings for ITV2 and ITV4 HD

I lost ITV2 and ITV4 HD because of channel changes this month. I can receive them on another TV which uses the same dish and feed from a dual LNB, so signal strength isn't an issue. I've searched for the transponder settings online and these are the settings which have been suggested. Different settings are given on various sites but these are the ones I've found and added to my TV. When I tried manually scanning the transponders, no channels were added:

ITV2 HD Frequency 11386 SR 27500 Polarisation H
On another site the frequency is given as 11385

I'm tuned to the ASTRA 28.2E group LNB Frequency 9750/10750

My TV is an LG 32LQ63006
Location is Ireland.

LG 50QNED816RE 50, 4K QNED, Smart TV, HDR10, webOS23, Serie 81.

¿but guess the config input would be more or less the same as yours?

Your indicated numbers look correct the only thing is the setting of 'DVBS2' as indicated.

All channels scan in and play correctly.

Ok, will try that. I think I have to add a new satellite though because I can't change the LNB setting? The TV tells me if I change the satellite settings, I'll lose my stored channels.

So it's getting really frustrating now. I added another satellite with the 10600 setting. I added a transponder with 11386, 27500, H and DVBS2 settings. The signal strength goes to 100%, but when I select "Done", it isn't shown in the list.

Edit: Duh. Should have selected "Add".

Ok, that seems to have sorted it. Adding the second satellite and transponder gave me 7 extra channels when I manually scanned it, ITV2 HD included. I haven't checked to see what else I got. Maybe I should do a full scan of the satellite to see if I can find any more channels. Is this a physically different satellite in the Astra 28.2E group, or just an additional satellite setup I've added with different settings? Is there any disadvantage of having the two settings and could it cause a delay in switching channels if I change between ITV2 HD and others? Should I dump the scanned channels from the first channel setup and rescan? Anyway thanks for the help!

Can't seem to pickup ITV4 HD though on either the satellite with the LNB set to a frequency of 10600 or 10750.
I've added transponders to both with settings of 11386, V, 27500 and DVBS2. Maybe it should be DVBS.

This is strange. All my stored channels have suddenly disappeared. I was falling asleep at the time when moving them around, but now there aren't even any satellites added. I think the system must have crashed because I couldn't accidentality delete an added satellite. I wasn't even in that menu option.
It's telling me there are no set programmes. So I'm going to have to rescan all my channels again and reorder them. A couple of hours work. This time I have set the satellite LNB frequency to 10600.

Thank you for highlighting this issue trying to tune in ITV2 and ITV4 HD since the switch to 11386 H and V respectfully. I've been tearing my hair out trying to come up with a solution. Again I too own an LG and nothing worked even using the correct settings, including deleting the transponders and adding them again. Probably a software issue on these LG sets. Their satellite tuning software, especially, the program manager where one can't delete unwanted channels, only skip them, leaves a lot to be desired.
Anyway your suggestion of adding a second satellite worked for me. From the start I had selected 'Other 1' as my prime satellite and manually added my own transponder list as the inbuilt Astra 28.2E is virtually useless these days since all the changes. But I used it for my second satellite and deleted everything except 11386 V and 11386 H and now thankfully ITV2 HD, ITV4 HD, ITV Be HD and UTV HD are all back. Hopefully that finishes the shuffling of the channels that's been going on for over a month now, as these LG's can be a pain to sort the channels to one's satisfaction.

There are bound to be more transponder shuffles as the operators maximise utilisation of their leased satellite assets as the DVB-S SD services are run down & the HD DVB-S2 services are rationalised.
