Hi, I`m from Macedonia i have DM500s and all SKY UK programs works nice except SKy Box Office, i can`t view it there is no audio and video PID but, it`s have a 90 % signal, can anyone tell me what`s the problem

You're card sharing? SKy Box Office costs extra I believe (PPV).
