I've been following this section for a bit of time and it's great to be honest,,



Folks the channels got lost again, I mean all the scrambled channels in Hotbird (Polsat, Multivision and the rest of the scrambled channels, since yesterday night as for sure it was working fine till the evening don't know what happened next, anyhow I guess we need to get a new software or an upgrade for the receiver.



The question is: Does anybody know where to get a new upgrade, patch or what ever it is to get the channels work again in the Star Track World-In-Box receiver???

By the way folks, I’ve been through their site (starsw.com) and couldn’t find any help there as the latest software is: World In Box I (29.03.05) and that is the latest what I got in my receiver.

I hope this software is ok. Try some tricks: switch to any FTA channel till you see correct picture and back to scrambled channel. If you see text "software update" or something alike - don't worry, stay patient ~20secs till receiver finishes capturing of keys. After text like "Storing" you will see correct picture on scrambled channel.
If this trick is not enough, pull out power cord from wall outlet and connect back. It will help.
BTW: did you turned on the emu (19370 -> 2486 codes)?

I have a receiver Echospace FTA7575 which has no code menu software available according to my knowledge. This receiver is a rebadged receiver according to h**p://www.satellite-heaven.de/index.htm?jump=Receiver/

I tried to use some of these receivers patches but it gives error that software or hardware not compatible.

Will i have to first upload these receivers original firmwares and then their patches?

I have emtech 150IR and i got this receiver from a paychannel with irdo access card. They have even put password in the receiver.

Dear All
I am having startrack (satellite in Box II+CI.). I just updated its software but now its giving a problem that my remote nor any other key in front panel is not working and its shows some thing like CPE (I can’t read the last digit) on LCD and its blink again and again. And I can’t even change the channel but the channel I saw early is working fine. And its still working fine but I cant change the channel. So can any body help me that now what I have to do.

Your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated.
