Software For Star-Sat ???

Hello
Does anybody know where I can find the latest version of software for star receiver (SRX 150D+)? I've heard the newest version is 2.49 .
Plz help me!!!

Hi

You can get software for starsat receivers from www.star-sat.com (or) from www.satsw.com.


I have also downloaded software for my receiver Starsat SR-X650CI form satsw.com but after updating receiver is not working. Its exactly the same model but I dont know what happened. So you make sure whether the file you are downloading is the correct one for your model. You can verify and ask support, by sending e-mail to starsat@emirates.net.ae

Now I am searching for the actual software for my receiver. I advice you before upgrading you take a backup of your existing firmware using windows hyperterminal etc.

Thank ya very much for ur guidance. I'd gone to satsw.com and 'd downloaded the true software for my receiver. But unfortunetly its version was 2.40 which I'd had. I don't think that the softwares in satsw 've become newer in these days.
Now I'm searching the latest one.( probably V 2.49 )
PLZ HELP ME !!!

The above websites are the actual sources of the Starsat support. So I think the file you have downloaded is the latest.

Dear frnds
Am having Digital Satellite Receiver StarSatar SR-X120D plus and its model id :E124 and h/w:2.10 and S/w:2.40 this receiver when i purchased the dealer told me that it is without cam or smart slots but the company has open some channals (Adults+Children), well after two months those pay DisScrambled channals vanished ,i contacted the company they told me to download the software from main home page, the home page software for my Receiver is exactly 1 year old and then they told me to log on www.satsw.com and download latest softwares from there , Sir! again notice that there softwares for my Receiver is old ,when i contacted the company they stop Responding me ,now this type of Behaviour is not good as a company for these Systems, they should have to provide customers fully informative records instead of putting out of Date Software in their Site, It is said the the newer version is S/W:2.49 but where to get it the company suppose to launch it first, what can we do for this is there is a solution of this problem.

Look you lot satsw has the most recent software all you have to do is find the coorect and latest for your receiver.
Yes some/all channels may stop because they change the keys regularly and you have to change them yourselves using the remote control or if can use 6in1 fun eeprom hex file. It is included in the software with loader once unzipped.

In that recently, 3 no. receivers are software problem.

So, I am humbly requesting you sir, please send me suitable software , so that I will be enjoy with the said receiver. Otherwise the receiver will be kept idle and it may be spoil .

Hi please help me.​

for programming my receiver (starsat X-200CI) i did:​

​

1.Went to www.satsw.com.​

2.Downloaded item number #11 which is loader(emupgrade)​

for starsat and installed in my pc.​

3.connect nine pin female+female(rs232c cable) for​

connection between pc and receiver​

3.Started the loader(emupgrade) and browse for bin file​

sr-x200ci (I downloaded this file from www.satsw.com).​

4.Checked my current model I.D, h/w version, s/w version​

from STB status of my receiver and compared with the​

laoded file on emupgrade.​

5.my current model (receiver) is h/w ver=2.00 , s/w​

ver=2.55 , model I.D=E224 and for sr-x200ci file was hw​

ver=7.00 ,s/w ver=2.64 .model id=E224 ??? (after E244​

was 3 question mark) therfore I pressed start button​

of emupgrade for downloading.​

6.Powered off my receiver from backside and restart​

again.​

but nothing happened !! what is wrong??​

(maybe I should say peressing 1234 I​

entered STB setting and I deleted all​

viaccess codes manually)​

please answer me what should I do step by step.​

h/w version is: 3.10
model id : E124
s/w version: 0

If the Receiver version is 2.10 then you must download the file that is 1MB else the one that is 2MB.

In other words:

For instance, if the model id= e124

and h/w=2.10

and s/w= 12.65.5

and Ver. 2.10 then, download the file of 1 MB

else the one of (ver. 3.10 or ver. 7) download the one of 2MB.

The fact is that I'm also seeking for the SR-X 150D Plus patches too.

One Other thing to remember is that in 150D Plus receivers:
For instance, if the model id= e124
and h/w=2.10
and s/w= 12.65.5
and if Ver. 2.10 then, download the file of 1 MB
else the one of (ver. 3.10 or ver. 7) download the one of 2MB.


So please pay attn!!!!! to the version you're downloading. I'm not sure the facts about your receiver, therefore pay attantion.
