I have no idea. Not been able to get a picture out of it.

I did read it's you view compatible. Free sat is a brand/service I can still use it to watch the free to air content on 28.2°e I never intended this TV to be my sat/terrestrial receiver.

All it has to do is give me a 4K screen, I intended to use my denon av amp as an upscaler.

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!
The pick up of the damaged TV has been booked for Monday sometime between 08:30 & 21:00.
So now you have the time to sort out that shelf for the t/t:)

In an alternative courier scenario, a cardboard-covered package arrived a couple of days ago with quite a large hole in one side and the delivery-end courier (who we have known very well for quite a few years) asked if I wanted to open it and check for damage to the contents &/or make a damage claim report?

No, I said, there are steel fence post spikes in there and you could probably hit them with a hammer without causing any damage (except paint scratches)! :-lol

Seriously though, we've also had a number of packages with significant damage during transit - UKMail being a culprit on at least one occasion (and then, many years ago, a courier threw a package over our 6ft high side gate/door - it had a computer motherboard in it! I contacted the company and they said that a signed delivery note had been provided by the courier - I suspect that guy got his "marching orders" PDQ! OTOH, the motherboard was actually fine!)

Ebuyer have refunded the money as they cannot send me a replacement.

So I have ordered another Sony TV 49XE8004 that should be here on Wednesday.

Fingers crossed.
