Ive installed stab motors for friends and family also in the past and no failures so far. Im always intrigued when i see one with a fault and pay attention to the issues i believe yours is faulty if you do take it down meter the ribbon cable connections as ive seen the odd issue with corrosion at those points.</blockquote>
