This is a very interesting coverage. Comparing reports from Cyprus and Azores I'd assume this is some sort of MENA beam.
I had reception at the very start with some 7dB, now most of what I get is little over 5dB.
There is also a potentially "disturbing" signal from 30.5E on the opposite polarity.

Observed today - activity on 13428 & 13429 which appear to be Circular narrow test carriers ?. Using Linear feed lnb.

I would say that with the transponders found at 30.8E Turksat 5A is officially operational,but I am not sure about that,maybe they are just for testing?
Apart from 11515 H which is a promotional tv programe,all other transponders are for Data.
In addition to the above reason,I would add that Turksat and Arabsat(6A) has not yet resolved the Ku band portion between 11400-11700 MHz which creates confusion and reception problems for some beneficiaries(?).
For the time being it seems that Turksat is using the position for back up as it has done in the past.
If you have any inside information,some clarification would be appreciated
